Solved BSOD ntkrnlpa.exe (only happens when you boot the pc)

Hello everyone this is really first my laptop. and now my old dell (2005) is giving me BSOD's on Windows 7 Ultimate (x86):

This happens when I boot up the pc so I see the windows animation at startup and 2seconds later the bsod appears (not always) but most of the time this happens (! It doesn't happens when i'm in windows) only while booting up

My specs:

PC: Dell Dimension 5000
CPU: Intel Pentium 4 HT @3ghz
Video: Ati Radeon x300SE (128mb)
Ram: 2Gb DDR2
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x86

- Remove ADC Analyzer/SwiftForth/Disspy

Yes, it's either one of those. The driver is from my birth year (1996).
You should be able to remove this from the Remove Programs in your Control Panel.

- Remove ATITool

It's an overclocking tool that is not compatible with Windows 7. Only 2000/XP/2003 so you will definitely want to remove that also.
Keep in mind that you also should update your Graphic Card driver.

Ok so I removed ATiTool

OK that driver from 2004 is my network adapter it isn't full comatible with windows 7 but i found a beta driver on the belkin site:

Dutch is very close to Danish so I understood most of it.

2004 is a way to old. Something newer would be great.

But i don't think it is that driver because, I used windows 7 a way back and I also used the same driver and it worked fine. But I downgraded to Windows XP but now I have windows 7 again on this computer. And now this bsod happens so I don't think it is my adapter any other suggestions ? or should I Just wait till I get a Bsod again and post it here ? thanks in advance

PS: And also I have the lasted driver for my video card (ati radeon x300se)

Well, you removed at least one of the old drivers. Probably not fixed yet, so just wait for another BSoD to come and upload the dump.

This could be a Memory Corruption or a driver issue. First thing we want to do is to check your RAM-sticks for errors. An amazing little running troubleshooting tester will do the trick! Follow the tutorial below and post back your results.

It'll tell you if any errors we're found. Let it be running for like 7 passes, the tutorial will cover all this.

OK will do memtest later t ! didn't got a BSOD anymore this 2 days but will do the test
And also very weird if it is the ram because the BSOD only happens sometimes after the windows animation
never happens while working in windows.

Ok other thing I want to mention is: :S so the CPU is a Pentium 4 Prescott:

The cpu makes a buzzing noise if i have a load of 50% cpu wich is annoying

I had some problems with the subscriptions and could not see that you posted something new, glad I got your back now.

Before you continue doing something, I still recommend you to run Memtest86+. It's likely caused by those. Espeially if your BSoD are periodic.

Ok will do but I do not have many time now I have to studie for exams so will do it in the weekend I have some more time then. But the weird thing is it a driver corruption ? or could it still be a memory issue ?

Drivers and memory is combined quite strong, the first we suggest is to run a Memtest85+. After that, we'll hunt drivers.
