Solved BSOD ntkrnlpa.exe (only happens when you boot the pc)

But what's not weird regarding BSoDs?

Yes worst time of my life also I hate it ! now a good thing about it is it doesn't appear while working in windows so I can do my schoolwork , So in the weekend or friday I will do memtest and we will see what we can do about it to fix it

Hello Fred, so I did Memtest86+ and it said 'Pass Complete No Errors Found' press Esc to reboot so I did that so my ram is ok ?? what can we do next ?

Ok stil need to retest memtest but the problem is I need this PC for exams and memtest will take like 4 hours :/
anyway the crash didn't happen for a while but today

Ok I really want to now beside memtest is there any other steps I can do maybe ?

And remember it only happens while booting the pc after the windows animation it never crashed while in windows so that also makes me think it isn't the ram ?!

Ok this is still not solved but I want to say I saw in the logbook that there still was an error (ATItool.sys cannot be loaded) so :s I removed that program so I went to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers and yes I found AtiTool.sys and I removed it so maybe the BSOD is fixed now will see when I reboot the pc also if it happens again in the vacation I will do Memtestx86 and I also will clean the PC inside

Ok this is fixed now after some testing. So it was AtiTool.sys that was still in C:/windows/system32/drivers removed it and it's registry keys in the register and the BSOD is gone now so Thanks for helping everyone
