Hi there,

I recently gave my pc an upgrade, with a new GPU, an SSD and a fresh install of Windows 7. However, I've been getting some BSOD's after I did this. My computer shuts off randomly, sometimes with a bluescreen, sometimes without. I was hoping you guys could point me in the right direction to where the problem lies. If it is a hardware related issue, I could quickly swap out the parts since I still have warranty.

If you need any more information, don't be afraid to ask!

Thanks in advance

Hi RubinGrolsch.

Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats including stop 0x3B BSODs.
Code:
[COLOR=Red]Windows 7 Kernel Version 7600 MP[/COLOR] (6 procs) Free x64
Product: WinNt, suite: TerminalServer SingleUserTS
Built by: 7600.16792.amd64fre.win7_gdr.110408-1633

Report us for any further BSOD after installing Service Pack 1.

Thanks for your suggestion.

However, I already have service pack 1. Today I installed a whole bunch of other optional updates (except the language packs ofcouse). The updates didn't fix the problem though, I still got a bluescreen while playing a videogame.

My logs gave the following errors:

However, I already have service pack 1.
The data you uploaded contains two crash dumps, both are of 20/12/2014. And they reports no service pack installed.
Code:
[COLOR=Red]Windows 7 Kernel Version 7600 MP[/COLOR] (6 procs) Free x64
Product: WinNt, suite: TerminalServer SingleUserTS
Built by: 7600.16792.amd64fre.win7_gdr.110408-1633
But some other data says that SP1 is installed, I checked those right now.
Code:
Naam van besturingssysteem: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate
Versie van besturingssysteem: [COLOR=Red]6.1.7601 Service Pack 1[/COLOR], build 7601
This discrepancy of information is possible if SP1 is installed after the BSODs took place, that is after 20/12/2014.

If there is any further BSOD after installing the service pack, let us see those.

As I dont know dutch, I cannot read those event logs. :(

I'm assuming you want me to run the software again.

Edit: Actually I might have forgotten to restart the computer after installing some of the last updates. So my PC might not have been completely up-to-date when the last BSOD occured.

Yes, and as expected, there is no further BSOD.

It does not have any impact in crash dump recording. These crash dumps are recorded on a computer with no service pack installed.

I'm sorry, I'm not all that good at this. I just found out that there is a difference between a BSOD and when you PC shuts down randomly without showing a blue screen. Crashing without showing a blue screen is what it's been doing the past few days.

I probably should have mentioned that, I'm sorry. Do you have an idea what could cause these random crashes? Or do I need to got to another part of the forum for this?
