70% of the time the computer restarts 5 seconds after BSOD comes up. 30% of the time the BSOD just stays up and i have to manually restart computer.

Windows 7 home 32 bit on dell inspiron. orgininally had windows xp, installed retail windows 7.

I have attached an image of the BSOD, and a system health report and BSOD Dump & System File Collection as zip files

Any advice on what I can do to fix this BSOD issue woiuld be greatly appreciated. It began about 3 weeks ago and occured frequently. After running CCleaner and cleaning up registry and stuff the BSOD occurs less often (usually about 3 hours, but longer if less time spend online) It seems as though the more time I spend online (surfing web, youtubing, etc) the BSOD will occur faster. I pretty ignorant with computer issues so bear with me

These were virtually all Related to athrx.sys Extensible Wireless LAN device driver from Atheros Communications, Inc. Yours from early 2009

I would re-install newest driver available.
