I just got a new ThinkPad T550 and was copying my files over from my old hard drive when it crashed. I was using a SATA to USB adapter to connect to my old hard drive, which has never caused me trouble on my old T60. I haven't installed much on the computer yet - just a few essentials as well as uninstalling some of Lenovo's crapware. Everything is up to date according to both Windows Update and ThinkVantage System Update. I've attached the diagnostic zip file. I would really appreciate any suggestions!
