I'm running a new PC build on Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
My main system specs are:
i7 2600
AsRock Pro3 Gen3
AMD Radeon HD 6970
Gskill 16GB
Huntkey 700watts

I included a .zip of the minidump.

I booted up my computer today and when it got into the desktop it went into BSOD, when i restarted it booted normally and was able to use it with no problem, when I was shutting it down, it went to BSOD.

The initial report was:

This one was Related to Lycosa.sys Tarantula Keyboard Driver from Razer USA Ltd. Yours is two years old

I would re-install newest.

I was suspecting that as I've had problems with the Lycosa before. Thank you for your help! Sadly, Razer doesn't have a newer driver version than what I have currently installed.
