The Realtek NIC driver is the cause, it should be updated
Realtek

Old Driver, incompatible with Windows 7
Code:
TVicHW64.sys fffff880`09978000 fffff880`09980000 0x00008000 0x43489764 09/10/2005 08:07:00
The software/device using it should be removed

Any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120% should be removed. They use a driver, found in the dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads
MagicDisc can be used as an alternative.
Code:
sptd.sys fffff880`010b8000 fffff880`011de000 0x00126000 0x4ad24632 12/10/2009 00:55:14

Boshko,

This crash is the same as the last one & is related to Rt64win7.sys 8101E/8168/8169 NDIS 6.20 64-bit Driver from Realtek Corporation.
I suggest it be re-installed with the newest version available.

These drivers need updating

How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
