Solved BSOD on startup, error 0x000001e

I am getting a BSOD on the startup of my computer. When I turn it on, the desktop, etc. will load, and after a minute or so I will get a BSOD. Happens consistently when I turn it on, very rarely I will not get a BSOD and the computer will run fine until I turn it off again. Currently running in safe mode with no issues. Mini dump is attached.

Uninstall HotSpotShield - this is a well-known cause of BSOD's.
