BSOD on startup then auto reset. Start up repair doesn't work

I have a Samsung RF511 that on startup flashes the BSOD for a fraction of a second and the automatically attempts to restart. It then gives me the option of launching Startup Repair, which does nothing at all (I have left it for more than an hour in case patience was all that was needed) or start Windows normally which will start to load and flashes the BSOD before restarting and presenting me with the options above. I do have the factory recovery disc but my DVD drive died a while ago so I can't boot off that. I don't own a external optical drive. What are my options. I have a second laptop that has two HDD slots. Is there a way I can use that to repair Windows on my samsung HDD or can I transfer my factory recovery disc to usb and make it bootable?
I'm about a 5 out of 10 in terms of computer savvyness so any help would be appreciated in fairly simple terms.

I've just take the Samsung HDD out and pluged it into an external enclosure. It's a 1tb hard drive but it is displayed as 100mb and called system reserve. I'm assuming this is a hard drive failure and i'm about to lose everything?

Well.
Put the HDD back in its place.
Do you have access to another computer right now? If so, download Partition wizard Bootable CD (the last one in the link). Burn it in a blank CD or in a USB flash stick.

Boot into Partition Wizards GUI following this instructions. When you are on the last screen, take a camera snap of the screen and upload the snap here.

We need to see the partitions and parameters.

If possible, we will try to not loss any data.

I can't seem to download Partition wizard Bootable anywhere. I've tried downloading version 8 as wellbut no luck. I'll keep trying or maybe you could suggest another tool?

PW Boot CD is the best tool for these works; plus it will be effective in attempt to recover any lost data, too.

Ok, I've managed to do it. I had to download it through a proxy, but thats a problem for another day.

It appears that the drive letter is missing there, data seems to be not missing.

Try to assign the drive letter "C" to the unnamed partition. Set driver letter with partition magic software - MiniTool Partition Wizard.

See how it goes.

My data is still on the hdd fortunately. The bootable version of partition manager doesn't seem to display drive letters or give any options to assign/change them. I tried it on my working laptop and it's the same.

I have read it once . I have read it twice. But its already time for me to retire and so I will be off for the next 8 hours atleast.. So let me think about it and come back tom morning. Your drive does seem to have the data in it.

I have one or two questions to educate myself and understand.

1. Your Samsung 1 TB HDD is back into its original slot in RF511. Right?

2. You said your optical drive is not working on that machine. How are you booting into Partition Wizard?

Yes the HDD is back in the RF511.

I am using a flash drive to boot from. I now have Slax Linux on bootable usb and have been using that to recover my data.

That sounds good. I was also thinking of straightaway getting into data recovery mode and recover the data. You have already started the process relieving me. Good going.

( I would have recommended Lucid Puppy for the first time Linux handlers http://www.sevenforums.com/software/198909-lucid-puppy-way-recover-files-non-bootable-computer.html but you can use any live Linux you are familiar with.

Just curious to know how you created your bootable PW pen drive. It looks different in the screenshot and that is why I asked that question).
