BSOD on users Laptop, cant get error code but have .dmp file

Hi there I have a users HP Elite book 820 that is randomly BSODing, can't get her to give me the error code, but I have managed to get hold of the .dmp file. any help would be appreciated as the user sits at a remote site.

The crashes look to be caused by the installed security programs, remove all installed security programs using the appropriate uninstallation tool or uninstall instructions.
