Dump blames Hardware (STOP 0x124) - please see this STOP 0x124 article: http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lockup-debug-how/35349-stop-0x124-what-means-what-try.html
If you are overclocking anything - stop and return to default values.

I wonder if it is coming from your CPU (Intel). Please run Prime95.
Run both the Blend and Small FFTs tests.
Use RealTemp to monitor your CPU usage, temp, etc..

Thanks I did run Prime 95 for like 3 hours with no crash...it's something that just happen sometime and some other time don't.
once My prime crashed with a BSOD and did not save anything on the files...
anyway I heard I have to run it for like 10 hours + is that for real? that seems quite long especially if it ends on a blue screen...

I also checked that guide you linked...about 5 days ago, it was useless...

Update... ASUS Virtual Video Capture Device Driver - here

TY will check it up now

alright I am Running the Memtest
now I have only a few days remaining to RMA stuff to newegg,
I have to mention this, I have a Asus Nvidia Geforce GTX 580 (Fermi) Overclock by the manufacturer.
now what that means If I understand right is that it's not normal setting right? so if that could cause my BSOD what can I do to check if the card is causing the problem?

Alright so i'm at 5h:30m:00s into test, 5 pass and no Error...can we rule out the memory issue here then?

If no errors, show up, then it's not memory issue. I advise that you do not overclock anything. If it is, then stop and return to default values.

You mentioned that you overclocked your GPU? I advise you stop overclocking it.
Run Furmark for any GPU errors.

Please upload the pics of Memtest.

Also, download CPU-Z and make a snapshot every tab. I will get a hardware guru to take a look when you have uploaded it.

I Appreciate the help but please read carefully -_- OK I will say it again, I HAVE NOT OVERCLOCKED IT! It is manufactured like that!
as (Fermi)Overclocked

Newegg.com - ASUS ENGTX580/2DI/1536MD5 GeForce GTX 580 (Fermi) Overclocked 1536MB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Also Furmark won't do nothing for it apparently since there is a protection on those card and the benchmark will be wrong anyway...

OK - please accept my apology and don't yell.
I have requested a Hardware Guru to take a look at this as I am no expert with hardware.

Alrighty then.

So first off, the factory overclocked GPU shouldn't be causing an issue, though it is entirely possible that it is.
Also, you DO need to run Prime95+ for OVER 12 hours, because it runs different tests, and CPUs have failed at 11 hours before.
Also run at least 8 tests in MemTest to check your RAM.

I am positive at this point that the ram is not the issue... -_-
fine I will run prime 95 again but if it crash and don't give me a dump what can I do...
also this thread here a person is having the same issue...
nearly the same problem and he has already swapped out most of his components...

It *might* be a bad graphics card, but you would need to stress test it with Furmark to find out.

ya but I can't stress it really because there is a protection on the card...
so i'm not sure there what I can really do...
I mean everyone says that my card is anti-furmark

Quoted from this website NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580 GF110 Fermi Video Card Review - A Fixed Fermi Core Called GF110 Goes Into GTX580! - Legit Reviews

The thing is that the GeForce GTX 580 doesn't run at the same clock speed; the GTX 580 runs at higher clock speeds! The GeForce GTX 480 had a GPU clock of 700MHz, a Stream Processor clock of 1401MHz and the 1536MB frame buffer consisting of Samsung GDDR5 memory was clocked at 924MHz, for an effective data rate of 3696MHz. The GeForce GTX 580 has a GPU core clock speed of 772MHz, a Stream Processor clock of 1544MHz and the 1536MB GDDR5 memory is now running at 1002MHz, for an effective data rate of 4008MHz. Looking at the picture above you can see the GeForce GTX 480 sitting below the new GeForce GTX 580. Visually the two cards are very different looking and this is thanks to the improvements on the GF110 Fermi core. The GeForce GTX 580 runs cooler and uses less power despite the fact that it runs at a core clock speed that is 10.3% faster than the GTX 480!
