Update it from Drivers | Synaptics.

A search revealed that you are using nForce as the chipset driver, and that includes nvstor64.sys as the storage controller driver. You need to try to update nForce, as it contains not only the storage controller, but also network controller and a lot of other vital drivers.
Code:

We cannot suggest you to get the latest WHQL, as it is known to be buggy. Get another one known stable version of display driver.

Let us know the results. Next time, upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

  1. Click on the start button
  2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
  3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
  4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
  5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.
Another question. Do you use cyberlink products?

Also please run Memtest86+ here's a tutorial on that

No, I dont use any Cyberlink.
You use two different cyberlink products. I was behind the 000 driver actually. Other than cyberlink, I would have treated it as a malware.

Uninstall them all.
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Advanced System Optimizer 3 Public:Start Menu\Programs\Advanced System Optimizer 3 Public
Start Menu\Programs\Advanced System Optimizer 3\Backup and Recovery
Start Menu\Programs\Advanced System Optimizer 3\Common Problem Fixers
Start Menu\Programs\Advanced System Optimizer 3\Disk Tuneup
Start Menu\Programs\Advanced System Optimizer 3\Regular Maintenance
Start Menu\Programs\Advanced System Optimizer 3\Security and Privacy
Start Menu\Programs\Advanced System Optimizer 3\Windows Optimization
Just like RegClean Pro, them all are some unwanted harmful junks.

Free up the startup.

  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
  3. Select the “Startup” tab.
  4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus and touchpad driver SynTP.
  5. Apply > OK
  6. Accept the restart.
