BSOD Page Fault in Nonpaged Area, after installing Max Payne 3

Hi,

I have been having problems with bluescreens with the error Page Fault in Nonpaged Areathey originally occurred after installing Max Payne 3, i then uninstalled Max Payne 3 and the errors stopped for a week or 2. Then they came back a couple of days ago and occurred about 10 minutes after getting into Windows i then uninstalled some of the latest software and drivers that i had installed such as a Wacom Bamboo Tablet driver and then it seemed to be fine for a day then they came back last night constantly.

- I have ran memtest it came up with no errors.
- I am trying to install SP1 for windows but cant get anywhere without BSOD popping up
- I tried running the SF Diag Tool as instructed but can get anywhere without BSOD.(I managed to get the system info txt file attached in zip.)
- I have live booted onto Ubuntu and gathered some .dmp files also attached in zip.
- I have tried to run chkdsk from cmd in safe mode but it says something is using the drive and wont run, when scheduled for next boot it doesnt do anything.
