Hi Guys.

New here but hoping for some help.
My computer components are listed in my profile.

I just built a brand new computer from scratch.
Every component is new except for the Strix 970 graphics card.
I have spent hours trying to troubleshoot this myself with no luck.

I get random BSOD, sometimes when browsing webpages or even when the computer is idle.
I generally get 1-2 BSOD a night.

What I have done so far:

Ran memtest86+ and the first pass was fine with no errors.
Tried again the next day and found multiple errors.
Tried each ram slot with just a single stick of memory but could not find anymore errors.
I changed my BIOS from default "Auto" ram management and entered the timings per manufacturer spec.
I ran a video card memory test which passed.
My system runs cool, not a heat problem.
I haven't tried playing any games yet (Don't have any yet) but I have ran 3D mark to stress the graphics card without a crash.

I would love it if someone could analyze the log and help point me in the right direction.:mad:
I am beyond frustrated- this is a new system and I have no idea what the problem may be.

Thanks!!

John

Zip file is attached.

Edit- offering $50 reward for anyone who can help me solve this, will pay via paypal. Thanks.

Multiple BSOD, New Computer, Fresh Install of windows $50 reward

Hi guys,

I'm offering a $50 reward to whoever can help solve my issue payable via paypal.

I built a new computer ( description in profile) and am getting multiple BSOD even when idle.
Sometimes it's every few hours and other times it's multiple times within 10 mins.
I have ran Memtest86 with errors for 1-2 passes but I have not been able to reproduce this.
I have installed Windows 7 about 4-5 times now.

I have tried running driver verifier and this did indeed cause a BSOD but it didn't list a driver in the dump file as being the problem.

From what I gather the issue could be my ram, motherboard or CPU?
Should I just start RMA'ing stuff? This is un****ing believable.
I'm about to bash my head into a wall. I wish I never built a fing computer.

don't use WD hardisk, buy Seagate HDD or Samsung SSD, its work in my Gigabyte G1 Assassin 2 LGA 2011.

The dumps are mostly saying this,

Code:
Probably caused by : Unknown_Image ( ANALYSIS_INCONCLUSIVE )

There was a corrupt dump file pointing to this,

Driver Reference Table - dtsoftbus01.sys

You're best bet is to use that $50 to get a legal OS though,

Code:
Product ID: 00426-OEM-8992662-00173
Original Install Date: 12/18/2015, 9:35:46 PM
System Boot Time: 12/19/2015, 9:11:45 PM
System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
System Model: To be filled by O.E.M.
System Type: x64-based PC

You have an ASUS OEM install on a retail board.

Start there.

That's alright, it's a nice gesture though.

Your biggest clue is in your first post, you got errors testing your RAM, I would focus there after getting a clean legal OS.

I think I made a mistake when I tested my ram..I used memtest86+.
I tried using memtest86 and let it run 8 hours without any errors.
