We can do some hardware tests as well. Please do a RAM test first: Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Hi,

I've previously updated the Razer, VNC and Creative drivers before last re-install. Same issue arose though. I've also ran memtest86+ without errors earlier.

My hard disk are in a striped raid with different disk models. Currently they are regular drives, but I've used SSD drives in a raid and had the same issue as well. Could the disks be a source of BSOD? Since I've used both SSDs and regular disks I feel as the disks are not the problem.

I'm updating the VNC, Razer and Creative drivers again. The strange thing though is that the bluescreens occur sometimes like 5 in a row, and then it can go a week without bluescreens...

Could it be the RAID itself causing the problem? Try breaking the array and running in AHCI instead.
