Hi,

So I have Windows 7 64 bit installed with a brand new Gigabyte Black Edition Z97 motherboard and i7 processor.

8GB DDR3 ram

I also have a GTX 760

I keep getting a BSOD when playing games. Attached is the .dmp file. Hopefully someone here will be able to read it so that they can tell me what hardware isn't working or what the actual problem is.

Update Windows 7 completely. If you get more BSOD's after that, generate and upload a new zip file.

So a new turn of events today.

I decided to see if It was a problem associated with my Graphics Card. So uninstalled the 344.11 drivers and instead installed an older set 340.52.

Interestingly when I played Rome Total War 2, the BSOD occurred but this time with the error:

Memory_Managment

0x01A

So changed the parameters and got a different error. I've attached a .zip file with all the .dmp logs in including the latest one.

As always any light you can shine one this will be appreciated.

Hi apologies for my impatience. Its just my last thread went 266 views with no post at all. And I posted multiple logs. So i figured the best thing I could do was keep this one on the front page.

Ok, so I am missing some hotfixes....the only issue is that Windows Update shows no downloads available. Is this something I need to contact Microsoft Support desk about?

So it happened again.

Now as far as I can see from my update log, I do now have hotfixes applied. If someone looks at the latest dmp log and see's I don't please let me know.

Hotfix file is empty, and systeminfo.txt shows Hotfixes N/A. Are the hotfixes installed or not? Nevermind....I guess having an updated installation isn't important.

Update your USB drivers...

No Offence Mr Golden, but as this Screenshot shows:

As far as my Computer is telling me I do have hotfixes installed. I respect that the .dmp file may be saying otherwise but I can only act on what I am told by what I can see. I acted on your previous advise and sought ways to try and rectify not having hotfixes installed, following several guides concerning ensuring WIndows update was functioning correctly.

I will follow your advice and seek to update the USB drivers. If that fails i will again post a .dmp file

So I had another BSOD with a 0x0000001E error.

Attached is as always a collection of the .dmp files. With the latest one in it.
