Solved Bsod page_fault_in_nonpaged_area

It sounds like the graphics card is indeed the problem; I suggest you RMA it, and get a new one. You can also try installing the card in another system and see if the problem exists there too.

Ok..I am about to do that..sending that to company XFX.
But I have emailed them,no reply till now..Since it is a very new card, there may be other possibilities right?Because I am using a Cooler Master elite 350W P.S.U and that card needs minimum of 350W or higher right??Another thing is nvidia cards are compatible with intel boards??GT 240 1 GB DDR5 with DG41WV?
anyway even now verifier is enable.Till now no bsod. :)
so can I disable verifier?since for 2 days when driver verifier was enabled, with onboard graphics no bsod..yday it occurred only when I install graphics card.and when I removed it and uninstalled it's drivers with driver sweeper.then bsod never came again..

Go ahead and disable Driver Verifier; we know what the problem is now, or at least have a very good guess.

Try the card in another system, and then run driver verifier; if it BSODs, you know the card is the problem. If it doesn't, try a more powerful PSU.

But you know we are living in India and not a developed country like U.S..so in my area,I think I am the only one who uses a rated power supply of 350W while others use very local P.S.U which are unrated. But on their covers ,it is written that 450W.But I don't think they all can supply thats much, such simple PSUs they are. They don't use graphics cards and most of them don't have a PCI-E slot.So can I send this directly to xfx (address is provided in its box)??if they don't find any problems, will I have to pay for that?

If they don't find any problems with it, they will most likely return it to you; you'll have to pay the cost of shipping to them, maybe the shipping back as well.

I tried to contact XFX for technical support.Till now, there is no response from them. However I contacted Cooler Master for this issue, they told I need a higher P.S.U since my Elite Power 350W is providing only 10A in 12V rail.I don't understand what they told.Anyway when I looked in the card's manual,it is written that it needs minimum 350W or higher is recommended(12V current rating 18A).So the card still needs more power to operate properly?8A more?
If the card is faulty, then games won't work perfectly right? The game I played last with this system specs is Call Of Duty 7 :Black Ops at highest settings possible. With out any programs running in the background, the game worked fine without any slow or hanging. That means the card works in proper way right? Then why verifier triggers BSOD when it is enabled for the graphics card?
I want to confirm the problem and do the essential things right now since no response from XFX and didn't get a stand by P.S.U even from computer shops. They told they won't give "stand by"products even to test a system.

Do you have any other PC shops around? I would suspect the video card first of all, but if you can get a better PSU, that would also be great.

I have already searched in other PC SHops but they are all not willing to give me any stand by products..even to test..they all recommend to buy a new card and psu..i will give some details..when I sent a mail to CoolerMaster they told to replace the PSU since this 350W PSU is 12v current rating of 10A.But in card's minimum requirement it is written that it needs minimum 350W with 12v current rating of 18A when configured with a CORE 2 DUO setup.I am using Core 2 Duo.During normal time without verifier, the card is still working but not upto its potential?During booting, all components operate at its maximum speed am i right?so when driver verifier is enabled,it triggers a bsod due to misbehaving driver that is graphics card? This is just my assumption.
Another thing is thaT GT 240 1GB DDR5 is still faster than HD 4670 right?since GT 240 has a memory bandwidth of 54.4GB per sec while HD 4670 has 35.2GB per sec.My friend is using HD 4670 and he gets a score of 6.7 in WEI (graphics for Aero and gaming graphics).I get the same score.Thats means the card is still not working upto it's potential am i right?

I honestly can't tell you much about graphics cards; I just do not know which cards are better, etc.

Could you take your graphics card to another computer, and then run Driver Verifier on that?

Now I reformatted the disk and installed Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 and installed all drivers and enabled verifier.No.BSODs and computer worked fine even with verifier enabled. After that I reformatted again and installed Windows Vista Ultimate and installed all drivers and enabled verifier. No BSODs.And it worked fine even with bsods.Again I came back to Windows 7 and installed all drivers and enabled verifier.Again got a loop of bsods during start up.And in Device Manager while manually installing all drivers,I reached a partcular driver and whenever I install or uninstall or update that driver, sometimes it gets crashed out and bsod occurs.the driver is INTEL(R)4 SERIES CHIPSET PCI EXPRESS ROOT PORT - 2E31 and I think it has a connection with this series of BSODs.I installed latest drivers for it and still getting bsod.I can't disable that device if I do sometimes BSODs occur or display will go.

Have you tried disabling Aero and graphics effects? See here: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1908-visual-effects-settings-change.html

Select "Adjust for best performance".

I took processor, ram, graphics card and hard disk from this system and put all that to my friend's computer.First of all, before using all these components to her system,I uninstalled the onboard graphics driver which was installed and put the graphics card and installed forceware drivers and enabled verifier.BSOD occurred and I removed the driver and card from the system. Her power supply unit is 450W and providing enough power to card. Now this time,I installed onboard card using Windows driver and enabled verifier.Since she is using the same board, processor and ram,I just decided to check. It was unexpected.BSOD occurred.I became confused and her system has too the same problem. Then I contacted Intel Technical Support and told this strange issue with DG41WV boards. He told it's actually because we are using 1333Mhz RAM and when it is used in these boards,it will down clock to 1066mhz due to chipset limitation. In Windows 7,driver verifier has an idea about overclocked / downclocked ram and that's why it detects an error.Thats why the error is not detected in Windows Vista and XP.It is actually due to downclocked RAM.He told there is nothing to worry about this downclocked RAM and is normal.I asked him about yahoo messenger and he told that BSOD occurs during gaming only if yahoo messenger is in the background. But no bsod occurs if it is another program. So the issue is with yahoo messenger due to Script errors.I don't understand what he told about that. But I understood that it is a yahoo messenger issue and not the system. Finally he told that our system is working normally.Disable verifier for better stability.
So what now?Do you think he is right?Looks like my system is normal :)

The strange thing is, Driver Verifier is not a hardware diagnostic. It tests software, not hardware; the increased system resource usage may be what is really triggering these BSODs.

That being the case, disabling driver verifier will most likely slow down the BSODs; I doubt it will stop them completely however.

The strange thing is, Driver Verifier is not a hardware diagnostic. It tests software, not hardware; the increased system resource usage may be what is really triggering these BSODs.

That being the case, disabling driver verifier will most likely slow down the BSODs; I doubt it will stop them completely however.

Ok..So it is still unknown what is causing the BSOD when I enable verifier in Windows 7.Is there any difference in verifier of Windows XP,Vista and 7?
I used XP SP3 and enabled verifier. No bsod..worked perfectly even with verifier enabled. For Vista too.I used Vista SP2 and enabled verifier.Still worked perfectly. But in Windows 7,i am getting the issue. The main problem that bsod while gaming with yahoo messenger is a software issue I think, since nowadays I use web yahoo messenger (using web browser,IE) and play games. No bsod.Still works fine.
Can verifier make mistakes?According to that Intel Technical agent, the only problem not a problem actually but cause instability for ram as well as chipset since RAM has a native frequency of 1333mhz while due to chipset limitation ,it is downclocked to 1066mhz..and when I asked about this ram manufacturer Kingston, they told the same.It is not advisable to use the ram with this board..

As long as the RAM meets the minimum speed requirement (the speed of your motherboard), it should be fine. RAM faster than the speed of the motherboard is fine to use.
