Ok..if vista and xp is not showing bsods, then it could be a software issue in Windows 7 right?Though I ran verifier after reformatting then bsod occurred. Then installed all drivers provided by manufacturer. Then also bsod occurred.
I found a particular driver for which if I update that driver when verifier is enabled,I get bsod.
the driver is Intel(R) 4 Chipset series PCI Express root port - 2E31.Updated that driver using safe mode. Then restarted normally,I get bsods still. The issue is with display.no matter it is onboard or pci-e..but If i use standard display driver ,I wont get bsod.If I select drivers except display in verifier,I wont get bsod.

Let me make sure I understand: did the system you took the graphics card to BSOD at all?

First I enabled verifier there and ran Windows 7.There also triggered the same BSOD.Using onboard video.I disabled verifier. Then I inserted the card and installed drivers and then enabled verifier. Then the same BSOD occurred. The important thing is in Windows 7 using verifier,it triggers BSOD if display drivers are verified. No matter whether it is onboard or discrete.Since both new DG41WV motherboards has this issue,it is more likely to be a software issue I think.Since same settings in verifier is used in Vista and XP and no BSOD there. Both motherboards used 1333Mhz RAM.I asked many of the people here for 1066Mhz RAM.Most of them are using DDR2 800Mhz and DDR3 1333Mhz.It is quite surprising that no one have the 1066Mhz DDR3 RAM.Anyway one thing is sure from this. There is no issue with graphics card and onboard card.May be it is a software (driver) conflict or this ram issue.

Actually I have done that. Not only that old driver,I have used 255,197 series,196 series and 195 series. All the drivers are uninstalled by Driver Sweeper. No change.BSOD occurs if I enable verifier. It is not the card's issue since onboard card GMA X4500 shows the same error with verifier enabled for the Intel driver. It occurs without the graphics card in the system.
I will upload msinfo file from which I hope you can get more details about the system. But system runs fine without verifier now. After the installation of SP1,system runs some what fastly.in some scenarios. :)

This time I was able to report the problem to Microsoft and solution was present in Action Center.PX engine was stopped working properly. And thy give me a link to update the px engine.some roxio softwares something.Actually I don't know what is it.Anyway I updated that stuff and enabled verifier again.this time too same bsod..May be they are wrong.
When verifier is enabled and if the system is faulty,it will trigger bsods on start up right?
But in my system ,it is not like that. With verifier enabled, system reboots normally for the most of the times. But in some rare cases,it would trigger a bsod and system reboots.again a bsod .then also system reboots..this time system boots normally again. After a 4-5 normal boots, the verifier again triggers a bsod.then system restarts.again a bsod.then system restarts.and this time system boots normally for 4-5 times..again bsod occurs..like that...i think it is a preprogrammed bsod.
after the installation of sp1 and that fix, with verifier enabled, the frequency of displaying bsod is less than before now.and if it happens only one type of bsod occurs..0xa type..

Now I am running Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 and enabled verifier.Till now no BSODs and I think Vista is a bit faster in my system than 7.
And WEI base score is 5.6 that is processor. In Windows 7,base score is 5.5 which is Ram's score. But in Vista I got 5.9
Windows 7 score - CPU-6.4,RAM-5.5,Graphics 4 Aero-6.8,Gaming graphics 6.8 and Primary hard disk-5.9
Windows Vista-CPU-5.6,RAM-5.9,Graphics 4 Aero-5.9,gaming graphics-5.7 and Primary Hard disk - 5.9
Any ideas in these different scores in CPU ,ram and gaming graphics?Since I get above 5.9 in 7 for CPU and gaming graphics,I should get 5.9 in Vista right?
Anyway I am not giving any importance to that question. But my important question is why in Windows Vista and XP,even with verifier enabled, bsod is not occurring? This means that in Windows 7,there may be a driver issue/conflict in IRQ na?

To add in Jonathan's good advice, check if your copy of Windows is genuine - Genuine Microsoft Software

Yes.I am using a genuine Version of Windows 7 Home Basic 32 bit.But I don't think it is not the problem with that since I have tried verifier in pirated Windows 7 Ultimate X86 and X64 bit edition to check for bsods. The same bsods that occur in Genuine version occurs in these too.Same bsod with the same codes.

If there is no bsod in Windows Vista and XP but in Windows 7,it could be a driver issue rather than a hardware issue right?
