So I've been having this issue lately where I will let my computer sleep while I'm at school, but when I return home it shows that windows has stop working unexpectedly. More recently, I was in the middle of a Skype tutoring session when I encountered the BSOD. Additionally, there are 3 windows updates which will not install; however, other windows updates install just fine. What happens now is about twice a day my computer will shut down as a result of whatever error(s) is(are) causing this. I honestly don't know what else to do short of calling Microsoft and getting new windows 7 install disks in order to repair my system. Attached are: the requested zip file which was compiled by the dm log collector, an image of the error code generated by the failed windows updates, and a list of the specific windows updates which have repeatedly failed to install. In regards to any hardware changes I have made to my PC: I recently installed 16 GB of RAM and put a 3TB HDD as well. The RAM is of the same kind as I initially had installed in my rig, but the the HDD is from the same company, Western Digital, but is a black series instead of a blue series. I'll also mention here that I'm having trouble installing the most recent driver for my graphics card. Finally, when I have caught the BSOD, it has given different numbers at the bottom. Does this indicate multiple errors? The two that I have photo documentation of are the two listed in the title, but there could be potentially more versions of the BSOD that I was away from my computer when they happened.

P.S I don't know the failed windows updates, the failed graphics card driver install are related to this bsod, but i figured itd be better to not omit them just in case they are somehow related. Let me know if you guys need anything else to help me solve my problem

Hi Wavefunction,

Welcome to the 7forums.

As there are no dump files, we need to make sure your system is correctly configured and checked for dump files.
Please check {windows partition}\windows\minidump and check if there are any dump files saved.
Please make sure your pc is configured for small dump files How to configure minidump | Windows 7 tutorial

Because you had a 0x1a (memory_management), 0x24(ntfs_file_system) and a few others that might be caused by hardware, please follow instructions below

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.
