Hi, I keep BSOD-ing when playing Battlefield Hardline.

I have attached the dump files in the .zip archive.

Any help at solving this issue would be amazing, especially since Windows support won't do jack without their "Premium Service Subscription."

Welcome to the forum.

Have you checked for an update on this driver?

Name: Realtek High Definition Audio Function Driver

MSINFO32:

  • Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter.
  • Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
  • Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).

BAD_POOL_HEADER (19)
The pool is already corrupt at the time of the current request.
This may or may not be due to the caller.
The internal pool links must be walked to figure out a possible cause of
the problem, and then special pool applied to the suspect tags or the driver
verifier to a suspect driver.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000021, the data following the pool block being freed is corrupt. Typically this means the consumer (call stack ) has overrun the block.
Arg2: fffffa8007a9f000, The pool pointer being freed.
Arg3: 0000000000001e10, The number of bytes allocated for the pool block.
Arg4: 000dfff5000d1e06, The corrupted value found following the pool block.
