BSOD while playing Battlefield Hardline , unknows error

Hello guys, im new here!

My problem started 1-2 weeks ago.While playing BF4 and BF Hardline - after one or two rounds when PC gets warm i think some graphic flickering begins and 5-10 secodns later PC dies - BSOD.I did full scan of PC with Avast and MB , have tested memory with Memtest86 - no errors found.I think its either my RAM becouse its on max evry time while i play or my video card wich is 4-5 years old... Here is my dump file and the other information you program took.
