BSOD playing CIV5, now random freezes

I was playing Civ 5 when I got a BSOD for the first time. I've been playing Civ for a few months with no problems until now. After the BSOD I've been getting random freezes. It happens when web browsing, listening to itunes, playing civ etc.. I am using a few month old lenovo with Windows 7 Home Premium(64bit). Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

• I personally do not recommend 3rd party defrag tools. I have seen them damage restore points and even cause blue screen crashes. Windows has some nice command line flags for the defrag command that will accomplish the same tasks as 3rd party programs. The -b and -w flags will defrag boot files and the boot registry items as well as compact the data to the center of the disk for faster access.
  defrag c: -b
  defrag -c -v -w

  The first command optimizes boot performance for the Windows drive by defragmenting boot files and boot registry items.
  
  The second command includes all drives on the system through the -c command and optimizes the drives by compacting the data to the center of the disk. Verbose output through the -v option is optional to provide the user with more information about the defrag tasks. BugCheck code may indicate ZoneAlarm; it is a known crash code due to ZoneAlarm.

No .dmps were included. Appears you ran CCleaner to clean the disk and deleted the .dmps in the process. Please refrain from using CCleaner for the duration of our help.

Thanks for the help! I deleted ZoneAlarm and Auslogics and followed your defrag advice. I'll see if that works. Also I was browsing through the error reports and found that the console windows host was stopping repeatedly. As in hundreds of times, sometimes more than once a minute. This wasn't happening before the first BSOD. Could this be contributing to the freezes?

It appears to be related to the blue screens, but I believe it is a result of them and not a cause. It has to do with the Windows Error Reporting service which will be more active when crashes occur.
