Hi, I have issue on my com bsod when playing destiny 2. After playing for a while, com will random show black screen and straight to restart. I tried updating driver to latest version and updating to latest window version, but to no avail. I felt its only destiny 2 issue or just that my com is too low spec for destiny 2. Hence, i need help on your expertise to solve this issue. So i can either contact bungie on this bug or Upgrade my com to fix the issue. Thanks in advance. I have crashed 5 times in different days.

Here is my DM Log.

Hi d3adam-

You don't mention getting a BSOD.

Normally, if the system is shutting down without a BSOD for what you're doing, it means the CPU is overheating. Obvious things to check are that the CPU fan is clean, as well as the case vents.

If you're getting a BSOD for what you're doing, then it usually means your graphics card is overheating.

In the absence of a BSOD, I don't know why you're getting dump files. They indicate it's a problem with the NVIDIA graphics card. The obvious things to do are the same as with the CPU. Also, make sure you have the latest NVIDIA driver.

You can download HMonitor and check, when you're playing, what the CPU and graphics cards temperatures are-

HWMONITOR | Softwares | CPUID

Does this help?
