OS is Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
This is the original OS on the system.
It is a full retail version.
The system is only 4 months old (built early this year).
The Windows 7 installation is also 4 months old.
The problem only seems to occur when playing games. Sometimes it happens soon after starting a game, while other times I can play for hours without getting a BSOD.
