I'm not quite sure what you've done to be honest, it looks like you've enabled your Intel 400 graphics and disabled your graphics card but the drivers for both are still installed.
Which are you planning on using?
Both display drivers are getting flagged so I need to know which one you are going to use...

Your USB 3.0 driver is causing issues, and it's outdated.

Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for iusb3xhc.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for [COLOR="red"]iusb3xhc.sys[/COLOR]

Update your USB 3.0 extensible driver here

I've also noticed a few network related functions...

Are you connecting wireless or hardwired?

Your Intel Centrino Wireless-N 135 Network Card driver are outdated and your Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller driver is outdated.

Update both of them.

Can you run click this button...

Then run it as administrator, then upload the file created on the desktop.

Upload the list of all the third party drivers Using NirSoft DriverView:

  • Download and execute Driverview
  • View > Hide Microsoft Drivers
  • Edit > Select all
  • File > Save Selected Items
  • In the Save dialog, Set the path to desktop, Put "Driverview" in the name field, and save.
  • Zip the .txt file and upload it.

Upload the driverview text file as a .txt rather than a .zip as it's not letting me open it.

Can you also enable driver verifier but only enable the options: Standard settings and IRP logging step 3.
Don't enable Force Pending I/O Requests

Enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.
Driver Verifier -Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

   Information

Why Driver Verifier:
It puts a stress on the drivers, and so it makes the unstable drivers crash. Hopefully the driver that crashes is recorded in the memory dump.

How Can we know that DV is enabled:
It will make the system bit of slow, laggy.

   Warning

Before enabling DV, make sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer. You can check it easily by using CCleaner looking at Tools > System Restore.

If there are no points, make a System Restore Point Manually before enabling DV.

   Tip

  • If you fail to get on the Desktop because of DV, Boot into Advanced Boot Options > Safe mode. Disable DV there. Now boot normally again, and try following the instruction of enabling DV again.
  • If you cannot boot in Safe mode too, do a System Restore to a point you made earlier.

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

Just run the DM log collector and upload the dump files.

Yes.
It's built into windows and it will just seem like the system is working normally except that it may seem a bit slower and it is very prone to crash if you have buggy drivers.

You've already asked this and I've already answered.
Once you get a BSOD just upload the dump files or run the DM log collector and upload the folder created.

Run the DM log collector as I need more information.

Also, run memtest86.

Memtest86 will test your RAM

   Information

Run Memtest86 for at least 8 passes so we get enough information to confirm that your RAM isn't failing

   Note

Afterwards go into an Elevated Command Prompt (Run as administrator) and type in sfc /scannow
If it finds errors reboot and run the scan two more times

Run SeaTools to see if your HDD or SSD is failing

Post back the results.
