BSOD playing fifa/watching netflix

Hello, this is a very recent problem (started less then a week ago) that Ive been having on a custom build pc that has been running flawlessly for years, the only recent hardware change was a new GPU around february.

I started getting BSOD, mostly while playing FIFA or while watching netflix last week. Eventually I formatted and instaled windows 7 (ultimate 64 bit) again but the error persisted even on the new format, eventually I started getting BSOD on boot and even on safe mode (diferent bsod errors: irql, memory management and others) so I RE formatted and installed the least amount of things possible and that ran flawlessly for two days (I played lots of games, watched lots of netflix to test it and it seemed fine) I thought the problem was fixed.

Today I was playing FIFA 15 and I got a new BSOD (IRQL LESS NOT EQUAL). Throughout this whole process I have made sure I have the latest GPU drivers, I installed new motherboard drivers on this format, I ran mem test 86 and the windows memory diagnostic and both of them showed me no errors. I am completely stumped.

CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 945
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 950
Mother: ASUS m4a79xtd
4 GB RAM

You need to update your installation, you are missing a few 100 hotfixes to improve and stabilize your system.

Hello,

I downloaded and installed 247 windows updates yesterday and immediately afterwards got three or four BSOD. I noticed this time around that the blue screens were followed by the computer not powering off on its own (display off but all fans on), and after that on power the bios would not boot for some time (15, 20 minutes). After this I tried another RAM stick to make sure the RAM wasnt at fault and I got another BSOD with the new RAM stick. For some reason I only have one minidump file even though yesterday I had like 4 or 5 BSOD in total.

EDIT: aparently the BSOD stopped the updates from being installed, im installing them right now.

The last bios update fot my motherboard is version 2102 which I already have installed. I was heading towards 24 hours of system stability but I just got 3 BSOD (memory management). So frustrating..

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 7 Forums

   Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.
If errors show up and you see them a lot later, no problem, the errors don't affect the test.
