BSOD Playing Games and Surfing the net

I'm really having a hard time determining the cause of my BSOD. I already brought it to a repair shop to determine what hardware i need to change, but they cannot detect it as well. Please help me with my problem.

My Specs are:
Windows 7 32 bit. (2 weeks old - reinstalled)
8GB DDR 3 (2 weeks old)
Geforce GTX 560 1gb (9mos)
500 GB HDD

You're using the Feb 09 version of your Nvidia driver, which I've been aware has been causing a lot of people grief. Your crashdumps also seem to reflect this as very frequently does it pop up as the suspected faulting driver. You'll want to update the driver.

If that does not resolve the issue, I recommend turning on Driver Verifier. Do not select the following checks: Force Pending I/O Requests, IRP Logging, and Low Resource Sim. Make sure to restart system after you finish setup. If you experience a boot loop afterwards, go into Safe Mode by pressing F8 prior to Windows logo and disable DV there. Provide us any new crashdumps.

Btw, I noticed you're using Windows 7 32-bit yet you have 8GB of RAM installed. You do realize that 32-bit can only see up to 3.2 GB of RAM, right? You may have the PAE extension available in Windows to see more, but this is not a natural solution to the problem and it's highly recommended you switch to 64-bit Windows 7.

Also, is this a very new system? If so, there's always a good chance one or more pieces of hardware is failing. We'll approach that if the Nvidia driver update doesn't work and DV doesn't pick up anything useful.

Hi,

Attached herewith is the latest crash report minidump zip.

What i have done is driver verifier and updated nvidia to 301.24.

For the ram part, I'll use 64 bit the next time.

For the system part, i bought the PC last Jan 2011, a gen 1 core i5.
just added the gtx560 and 8gb ram.

Hope we can figure this soon as i am done buying piece by piece only to experience Bsod over and over again.

BSOD came again... cant move on playing diablo 3.. help please...

Yep it crashed when DV caught nothing. This is starting to look most like hardware.

Given that this and other crashdumps have been dealing with the USB, either your USB controller (and therefore your motherboard) is bad, or a USB device is causing issues. Motherboard software can also cause this. If you installed any software that came with your motherboard, uninstall all of it, including anything related to USB. Only install (and update) device drivers specifically for motherboard devices like chipset, audio, and onboard graphics if necessary. USB "drivers" should never be installed as Windows has proprietary drivers for it that work perfectly.

A couple of mentionables:

• You are using a Razer Lycosa, which has a relatively bad history of being broken and causing BSODs. Often times updating the software and firmware for it will fix things. You'll want to do that.
• I did notice that all your motherboard stuff looks like you installed whatever was on the disc that came with it, including motherboard software. Make sure to remove the software and update the drivers for your LAN, onboard audio, and everything else, except USB (remove anything installed involving USB). If you need to overclock, use the BIOS/UEFI only. If you need to monitor stuff, again use the BIOS or use 3rd party software.
• You may wanna either update or forgo using Speedfan. It uses dreadfully old drivers for sensor reading. Alternatives are Hwinfo and the CPUID software package.
