BSOD playing games, watching youtube. KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED

I recently bought an MSI GT70 20c which came preinstalled with windows 8. I have downgraded and installed windows 7 and since I have been having a few problems with the BSOD.

I have attached the .dmp files and hope that someone can help.

ntoskrnl.exe shows up in most of the problems along side my video and wifi driver.

I have tried reinstalling my video drivers and the next step is appears to be a reinstall of windows 7.

Anyone else have this type of problem or can help?

i just did some research and this could very well be a possible bad ram or not the right ram type issue(s). i would take your ram out and put them back in one at a time and test each one with the system; and if you encounter a bsod screen again; try and trap the blue screen and post it up here again.
