Yeah, you must be right because I haven't run into any BSODs with regular use ever since I switched my antivirus. I'll put it as solved as I didn't run into a BSOD again and the only time I'm having problems is with this game. Thanks a ton for the help you gave me essenbe!
Edit: Just an update for other people that might be having this problem. I was able to fix it by changing the window setting from full screen to borderless.
