BSOD playing Starcraft 2 only system thread exception not handled

Ok, so I did the hard drive test and Memtest again and got no errors. However, I have been having a new problem that really makes me think its a hardware problem. My computer crashed yesterday to a screen of artifacts and I had to shut it down as it did not restart on its own. Then I could not turn my computer on again for like an hour. Everytime I would press the power button the computer lights would come on, but the lights on my mouse and keyboard didn't come on and my monitor showed no signal. I finally was able to get my computer to start again but there was no minidump. This has happened twice now (and I'm still getting regular blue screens lol).

I have personally suspected the motherboard for awhile now (or at least its onboard video, which I'm using now) but it could also be a bad PSU? But part of me doubts that since the computer lights still came on and all the problems seem video related (artifacts crash, no signal to the monitor, etc).

Edit: Also the crashes where I couldn't turn my computer back on came under similar circumstances. The first came while I was watching a video of a game and the second happened while I was trying to play Starcraft 2.

Most problems like this (computer won't turn on for a while) are usually caused by overheating. The fact that you were gaming when it happened seems to point at the onboard video.
PSU is possible also - as is PSU overheating.

Unplug the system from the wall and open the case.
Check for dust/dirt obstructing things (particulary inside the coolers)
Then plug it back in (with the side still off) and CAREFULLY observe the fans to see that they are working.
If the crash is reproducible, see if pointing a house fan into the case makes it happen less frequently.

I don't think the problem is overheating as all my temps were low and I regularly clear dust out of my case (just did it last week in fact). Also, I left my computer off for a whole day and I just tried to turn it on and it got to the Windows screen where I enter my password and then I lost the image to the monitor and the lights on my mouse also went off like how it crashed earlier. Also, there is no artifact crash/BSOD when this happens. The screen just goes black. I can't get my computer to turn on at all anymore basically so I can't really perform anymore hardware tests on it. I guess at this point I should test the PSU and if that is working fine assume its a mobo/cpu/gpu issue?

If it just doesn't turn on at all - then the PSU is the place to start looking.
