Hi everyone
I've been having problems for a while now getting BSOD playing Starcraft 2 (and I think on skyrim as well although I don't play it as much)

I'm not entirely clear what I'm supposed to write here to accompany the zipped folders so tell me if you need to know something else please.

My laptop:
Manufacturer: Dell
Model: XPS L502X
Processor: Intel Core i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00GHz
RAM: 6.00 GB (5.90 GB usable)
Windows edition: windows 7 home premium 64 bit (I believe that the laptop came with it installed but I may be mistaken)

I bought the laptop new at the start of May 2011

Please bear in mind that whilst I consider myself above average normally in my computer knowledge, around here is going to be a different story.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

These were all Related to AODDriver2.sys AMD OverDrive Service Driver from Advanced Micro Devices. It has known problems with win 7 and should be removed.

Related to dtsoftbus01.sys Virtual Bus Driver from DT Soft Ltd. It also should be removed.

Thanks for your help guys.
I'm not overclocking my computer at the moment and fear that i may have accidentally led you astray with one of the crashes i got whilst trying to use the AMD overclocking software when i was trying to fix this myself (having no idea what i was doing) and so obviously have now removed the software.

I have also run the uniblue registry booster scan and fixed the errors it found. however i run advanced systemcare a couple of times a week and i think that also checks for registry errors so i don't know why that didnt find them.

the BSOD i get usually says something like DRIVER IRQL LESS THAN EQUAL

i am currently getting a new antivirus programme and will post again when i have tried starcraft some more with the new antivirus.

thanks again for helping, and hopefully i have helped you to help me some more.

Your response noted.

Would advise you to NOT use Uniblue Registry Booster & Advanced System Care.

Current accepted wisdom with Win 7 is to NOT use a cleaner.

If you ever think your Registry needs to be cleaned, repaired, boosted, tuned-up, cured, tweaked, fixed, or optimized it shouldn't.

In other words, injudicious use of "Registry cleaners" CAN & DOES cause problems.

Use your computer in the normal way.
See if you get another BSOD or not.
Good luck.
