You need to do a power cycle.

Shut down the computer. Remove the charger. Remove the battery too, so that there may not be any source of power available. Now press and hold the power button for say 30 seconds. Hopefully it will drain all the remaining power out.

Now put the battery back. Plug in the charger and power on the computer.

Try it. If still not working, better you bring it to a technician. Laptop's hardware is too complicated as I find.

What you are having is a hardware error. If you want to point the error out, you need to perform those tests.

No, Furmark test runs from the desktop. If you cannot run furmark, you can run memtest. If memtest comes free from errors, and you cannot run furmark at all, blame the GPU for the mess.

I have no idea about price. Specially in a situation where price at your place at your currency will differ from those of my place at my currency.

So memtest found errors on the very first pass within like 15 mins.. now I'm testing each stick yet again.. altho 2 things... 1.I don't get how it found errors again if the RAM I just bought is brand spankin new, and 2.I noticed when I took out Stick 2 the computer screen booted up right away instead of taking 2-3 mins to load

Errors/red lines means one or more RAM is faulty. But the fault may occur due to a faulty DIMM slot, too, which is a motherboard component. Using memtest86+, you can discriminate between a faulty RAM and a faulty motherboard. Follow Part 3: If You Have Errors: of the tutorial How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+

How? Say you have two RAM sticks and two DIMM slots. You obtained errors at the test with all RAM sticks installed. Now, remove all the sticks but one. Test it in all the available slots, one by one. Continue the same procedure for all the available sticks.
How to make the inference that is it a RAM issue or it is a motherboard issue? Suppose you have got the result like that:
test|Slot1|Slot2
RAM1| Error | Error
RAM2|Good|Good
It is a RAM, a bad RAM.

But if you have got a result like that:
test|Slot1|Slot2
RAM1| Error |Good
RAM2| Error |Good
It is a motherboard issue. The particular slot is bad.

Well 1 more thing.. with the first memtest I did on my old RAM stick 1 had errors in both slots but stick 2 had 0 errors AND when I bought the new RAM and carefully took it out of the package I noticed a very "hard to notice" cut on the metal park of the ram almost like someone tool a knife and cut diaganolly on the goldish end part of the RAM but I didn't think anything of it until now.. could that be the possible problem?

Yes, if the stick is not of the proper shape and size, it is the problem.

Well I made sure they were the EXACT same size/shape when I bought altho I did read up on my computer and it said my computee can go up to 8gb and at the time bestbuy only had 8gb DDR3 notebook RAM sticks... so idk if the upgrade screwed it up? Or if its the cut on the stick?
