I've been having some BSODs while the computer is restarting or sleeping. The computer is quite new (about a week old), so I'm assuming it has something to do with drivers or windows update (I've had a few windows update errors as well).

Some bugcheck (everything I managed to pull out of them at least)
Most Recent:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 050513-46815-01.

Second most recent (Looks identical? Same problem?)
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 050513-42853-01.

Attached is the renamed zip file that the SF Diagnostic Tool created

Memtest

I'm running the memtest now, but I'm kind of worried about configuring the sticks of ram, both because of my resoanbly low experience with this (I've only removed and replaced ram a few times, and that was with help), and the fact that I'm worried about potentially voiding the warranty.

Edit: I looked at the computer, and the entire bottom panel is one piece that cannot be removed without voiding the warranty

If you don't have to take the laptop apart you will not void the warranty . If you do get errors let your manufacture know to open up an RMA .

   Tip
if you send the laptop back to MSI for a memory replacement backup your data OEMs love to do a factory restore when it's not necessary

Overclocking

If you are overclocking any hardware, STOP. Reset any changed values back to default.

This is overclocking software and can lead to system instability and BSOD's. Please reset all components to their stock speeds and then remove the software.

System Optimisers

Please remove the following software:
Code:
[B]Start Menu\Programs\Advanced SystemCare 6	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Advanced SystemCare 6	Public[/B]
This software is a known cause of BSOD's. The windows 7 operating system does not require these registry cleaning software. They often tune-down rather than tune-up and can wreck the OS beyond repair. Microsoft have improved Windows 7 significantly and it is much better at organising and optimising itself than its predecessors. Check this, this and this thread for evidence.

If you feel the need to use a registry cleaning or optimisation software, most of us recommend the use of CCleaner - PC Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download but make sure you back up the registry before making letting ccleaner delete anything.

As to the chipset driver, when I attempted to install it, it said that my system did not meet requirements. Venturing into intel's website, I discovered that the linked driver is, in fact, an older version of the one i currently have. Should I be downgrading it? If so, how would one go about doing this?

So.... I removed ASC 6, installed Malwarebytes, removed a bunch of startup things, ran a disk check and SFC, and degragmented.
I haven't had any BSODs since, so I guess it was either caused by ASC6?

Should I uninstall Avast? I've seen some threads that recommend uninstalling it in favor of MSSE.

What I don't really understand is
1) The MSI Website has a older chipset diver (9.3.0.1025)
2) I have version 9.4.0.101, which, according to the intel driver update website, is the current one
3) I'm still getting this error

Wifi and LAN drivers are also the newest
