The last Screen of death occurred when I ran the DM Log Collector. I think the error was 0x000000b3. Normally the error is 0x00000050. Any help to determine the issue would be great. I would like to ask a question if I may? How are you able to provide this service at no charge? Not that I'm complaining, just curious, and thankful.

Hello and welcome Rick or is it Denise?? Now I am not that good at this but looking through the dump files I did see a ref to MuckAfee
Code:
DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: WIN7_DRIVER_FAULT

BUGCHECK_STR: 0xD1

PROCESS_NAME: [COLOR="Red"]McAfee.TrueKey[/COLOR]

The error you quoted is best described here How To Fix Eror 0x000000b3 message - Windows XP, Vista, 7 ,8 & 10
If you read what can cause it it mentions damage to the sytem and if that is the case then you might run these in safe mode

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2 - it might be an idea to include those switches

Do you have that AV on board or have had it on board because I am guessing the machine came with a trial for it. Now it is up to you but personally I think it is a piece of rubbish and myself would get rid of it. If you like it then at least disable it and see if the issues go away.

If you are going to get rid of it there are plenty of free AV's to get.

As for not charging I think you will find that most of us do it for a hobby at least I do as I am too old for any more bad habits LOL!! If you looked at the forum before joining up I think you will have found there are a few ads in between the posts whether that has any bearing on how it can be kept up I am not sure.

Ok Rick those two checks are a first up bog standard must for me if I get any hint of something awry in the system. Some that I always use if unsure (and on a regular basis) are these if you are not already
SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!
Malwarebytes | Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium

these two pick up a load of adware and Possibly Unwanted Programs (PUP's) hence I use them as I said on a regular basis.

& this if really unsure
AdwCleaner Download
ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans
(NB If one is running Kaspersky security it may rant about ADW - just ignore it or disable Kaspersky while the ADW is being used)

Lastly if you are not already a good software to be using is - again if you are not already

You may be interested in this (my bible) it improves performance of your machine if you don't mind losing a bit of "bling" like transparency

Edit One thing I meant to mention is that if you use CCleaner mate when the Analyse is done go to Options > Cookies highlight the cookies that are associated with sites you have passwords for and send them to the right hand side or you will be having to login again on that site. If you accidentally give one the chop you will have to relog in and next time you run CC save that cookie;)
