Hello Tarumog. Your BSODs are stop 0xA (Usual causes: Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility)

Your BIOS seems to be very old.
Code:
BiosVersion = 0703
BiosReleaseDate = [COLOR=Red]10/15/2008[/COLOR]
Update it. Get the Version 2209, dated 2010/11/09 (the latest one available for your motherboard, Asus P6T DELUXE) from http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P6T_Deluxe/#support_Download_30 .

   Warning
BIOS updating is risky. If you dont have the concept about how to do it, take the help of somebody who knows it,or ask a technician. Whatever, what you will do will be at your own risk.

At the same time, test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

BTW, which antivirus you are using?

Also, upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

  1. Click on the start button
  2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
  3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
  4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
  5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

Hello Arc, thanks for the reply! I'm using Norton 360. The crashing seems to have started after i updated my graphics card drivers, but when i tried reverting to older versions it still kept on crashing. I run GTX460 in SLI, and today i took out the 2nd card. That seems to have stopped the crashing so far. I've uploaded the file you requested. Thanks again!

The latest version of nvidia display driver is sometimes problematic. If you want to get rid of it, follow this procedure:

  • Uninstall All nvidia items in Control Panel > Programs and features
    • 3D Vision Control Driver
    • 3D Vision Driver
    • Graphics Driver
    • HD Audio Driver
    • PhysX
    • nvidia Update
    (Are you using nvidia chipset drivers? If so, dont uninstall anything other than those are listed).
  • Now follow Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling
  • Boot normally now. Go to Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers, Download 314.22 WHQL. While installing, Select Custom (Advanced) install. In the next page, follow this settings:

Also follow the other suggested steps, and is the computer hot? Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy.

You are welcome ... though I think that the BSODs may/might re-appear. If so, let us know :)
