Hi, recently I have experienced BSOD randomly with different code. They are 50, a, 124, d1, 3b, and 1a. The code 124 showed up most often.

Sometimes the screen just froze up or went black, then I had to reset the PC.

I ran the memtest86 and it passed without error more than 10 times.

The problem should not be about the graphic card neither as I tested putting a graphic card and the problem still persists. I used an on-board graphic card before.

The dump file is in the attachment.

Thanks for any suggestion! :D

Hello and welcome Ballad to the forums, had a look at your crash dumps a couple of things come to my attention, first i notice you dont have service pack 1 installed please install it it contains a number of stability upgrades and updates for security, you can learn how to do that here:

Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

Next your Bios is rather old check the ASrock website to see if you can find an update for the model that you have.

Code:
BIOS Release Date 10/12/2009

Also please run prime95 and post screen shots when your system temperatures level off

Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95

I tried prime95 but after few minutes, the screen froze. Then I restarted and tried again. After few minutes, BSOD with code 124. This code seems to appear most often. The CPU temperature was just 36 C.

My bios is the latest version already. They do not have update anymore.

I am downloading the update now. It seems to take quite long time. Would the SP1 update helps? I have fresh windows because I thought that there may be corrupted files so I just formatted the system and installed windows.

Would the SP1 update helps?
yes in a normal situation the sp1 can provide stability and security updates

Unfortunately the 124 BSOD indicates a hardware error, specifically a processor problem in this case, please have a look at this thread to see if it can help you out any:
