NOTE: Unfortunately, i couldnt get the SF_Diagnostics Tools to run because it always end up with an error of "Please run in adminstrator by right clicking" etc, which obviously i did many times to avail. Therefore, ill provide what i can manually.

Okay, I just can't take it anymore. After my warranty has ran out i thought it would be a good idea to upgrade my PC, so i put in a few RAM cards, a new power supply at first. And everything was great - games were capped at medium graphics (middle-end graphic card - GT 250) but no crashes at all. The problem started when i changed to GTX-560 with a new heatsink/fan. Recommended power supply was 500W, mine was at a modular rate of 520W, so i thought it would be fine. Overheating will be expecting due to lack of advanced cooling system, but i know my limits and didn't go overboard with the graphics in games.

Take note that i did not overclock my system.

The problem comes in random intervals whenever playing games like Team Fortress 2, Metro 2033 or Red Orcherstra 2, and even mapping/modelling softwares such as Maya and Hammer editor. Even viewing youtube videos will end up in a BSOD.

The below is the most latest crash debug i gotten out of the many:

C:\Windows\Minidump\011313-27081-01.dmp
C:\Users\Super Admin.iChu\AppData\LocalTemp\WER-117593-0.sysdata.xml

And attached is the zipped files of the above two supporting files.

One thing to add on is that my graphic driver seems to stop responding at random interval as well, but no BSOD, but my driver is up-to-date.

Please help to try and find the problem or the root of the problem, and maybe solutions if possible! Thanks.
