I didnt understand, what should I do with this command?
The process of the system information file is loading right now !

Forgot that part, apologies :o

It needs to be entered in a command prompt, best is to run the command prompt as admin to prevent possible problems with admin privilege.
The command will create a systeminfo.txt file on the desktop, you can upload this file without first creating a zip for it :)

Let I say it in another way:
  1. Search for "cmd" (without quotes),
  2. Right click command prompt,
  3. Choose 'run as administrator',
  4. If any pop-up comes up asking for permission > allow it,
  5. Enter the command in the command prompt that opens and press enter, it should create a file on your desktop called 'systeminfo.txt',
  6. Upload the systeminfo.txt in your next reply.

Please remove Daemon tools, a known BSOD cause.

Please check HP for BIOS updates.

It looks like the BSODs are caused by the Ralink network driver, assuming you have a laptop I would suggest to check HP for driver updates or reinstall the latest driver.

It needs to be updated, if you uninstall first does not matter, it can be done with and without uninstalling.
