Hello,

1) It restarted itself I believe after it entered windows, then it prompted safe mode because the PC wasn't turned off properly.
2) While watching a DVD with PowerDVD 12 the screen and sound froze. I let it by itself and in more than 4 minutes it restarted on it’s own.1st dump 22-Jun-13
3) Pushed the button to turn on the PC and as soon as it sent the signal to the monitor to turn on it restarted itself but the monitor wasn’t turned on. I pushed the restart button. 2nd dump 25-Jun-13

Hope the events help you , I also uploaded the zip file from SF_Diagnostic_Tool

Thank you,

Panayiotis

Memtest86+
Run Memtest86+ for at least 8-10 passes. It may take up to 20 passes to find problems. Make sure to run it once after the system has been on for a few hours and is warm, and then also run it again when the system has been off for a few hours and is cold. How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+

   Note
Pay close attention to part 3 of the tutorial in order to rule the faulty RAM stick out.

   Tip
Do this test overnight.

After 2 Passes

I had to download memtset from this website Memtest86 - Download now!
to make it work.

2 Passes and needed 2 hours and 25 minutes for 8GB ram, very slow.

It found no errors anyway but I wont make anymore passes, it takes too long.

If I had faulty RAM it would have shown when I work with photoshop. I use 5GB of it.

Thank you for the effort.

While using Firefox

Hello,

It happened again when Mozilla Firefox was straggling with a website, which I use more than 12 hours per day.

I removed adobe flash cause when the version 11.7.700.224 was installed I had issues while watching videos or with google ads. It was freezing for a bit.

I ran wise unistaller and it must have deleted the minidump of the blue screen even thought I selected no to delete it.

You need the dump to make a judgment right?
I uploaded the new zip file anyway

Thank you

Pc froze after 6 days from last BSOD

My Pc froze with firefox 21.0 (haven't done the update) and 1 tab open while refreshing a page which I do multiple times per day. Waited 6 minutes then pushed my self restart. No blue screen.

Added an image to show how many icons I have in my task bar every time.

After the bluescreens I removed adobe flash and installed new drivers of my vga card. Also I ordered a newer vga and I will install it even if I don't have any BSOD.

Yiotis82, this is not supposed to be a destructive firmware update, but as always anything can happen. According to OCZ it is not destructive. You can download the firmware and the guide from the OCZ web site. They normally issue new firmware to solve problems people are having with their SSD. Many BSODs are caused by not updating firmware, which may be your case. Read the instructions and let us know what you think.

I have been using the SSD drive and win7 since late december 2012, this problems started when adobe flash version 11.7.700.224 started this last 2 months freezing my videos or even ads.

Are you sure that is my drive? cause when I have heavy load on my PC I don't get BSOD or windows freeze.

OCZ
Warning: This is NOT a Destructive Flash for firmware version 1.4 and newer. This is a Destructive Flash for firmware version 1.3 & 1.4RC, back up all data on SSD. Proceeding with this update will result in complete loss of data on the SSD.

My version is 1.3 so it will delete all my files. it's my main drive with win7 on it

New BSOD

I had bluescreens when I was using firefox at the same website. 1st was on the 15th of july but dump didn't had the time to complete, I figured it out after disabling automatic restart when windows didn't respond.

Today was the 2nd bluescreen, I have the dump file included now and I have a picture of the blue screen.

Uninstall your current antivirus as it could be contributing to your BSOD's. Replace with Microsoft Security Essentials & the Free version of Malwarebytes, update and make full scans separately:

   Tip
  • :tip: Test the RAM with Memtest86+ for at least 7-10 passes. It may take up to 22 passes to find problems. Make sure to run it once after the system has been on for a few hours and is warm, and then also run it again when the system has been off for a few hours and is cold.
