Solved BSOD RQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL - ntoskrnl.exe Unsure of cause and Random

This computer was heavily infested with viruses and such. System should be repaired and back to normal, but while doing any type of scans/defrag and such, system will randomly blue screen. All hardware tests pass, and it will run fine in PE or Safe Mode so it appears to be a driver (I'm assuming) Any advice?

Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats.

Service Pack Center - Microsoft Windows

Scan the system for possible virus infection with the following programs.

• Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller
• Windows Defender Offline

Update Realtek RTL8191SE Wireless LAN driver from Realtek

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

Thanks for your prompt, and detailed reply. Will follow up. Memtest was ran for about 3 hours with no errors. Installing Realtek Drivers now, and Windows is downloading SP1 as well. Again, thank you so much! Be back soon.

Well, can't thank you enough. Not sure which one of the above fixed the BSOD randomly, but did find some rootkits that got passed by my other scanners. Machine is running like a champ again!
