BSOD Still crashes after a factory reset. Attempt to reset the display driver and recover from timeout failed.

I thought a clean factory reset will fix the issue. But it is still has the BSOD. I have uploaded the zip file that contains the dump as instructed.

Your display driver is outdated.
Update it by following these instructions.

Look, if you don't want to take advice then don't ask but I'm trying to point you in the right direction.
First update the display driver then see if the issue continues.

If so then try testing your GPU.

Stress test your graphics card with Furmark

I recommend running it for around 30 minutes

   Warning

Furmark will increase the temperature of your GPU rapidly so keep and eye on your temperatures

Your display driver is still fairly out of date.

Is your computer a laptop?

If so then uninstall all AMD drivers, restart then run Windows Update to install their driver and see how things go.

From the control panel remove all AMD software, the drivers that a laptop uses are different to a desktop, this should help with compatibility issues.

Curious...can it be that it is overheating that cause the bsod. I ask because the fan is quiet now but sometimes the laptop's fan runs and the laptop heats up and then bsod kicks in. I did run that heat test you instructed and ran it for about an hour and it looked ok...

Overheating components can certainly cause BSODs, however with Furmark stress testing passing okay I'm confident that the GPU itself is not the cause.

Did it install the driver for you?

You will know from the way the screen looks.
If the resolution is not right then the driver will not have been installed.
