I have been getting similar BSOD for the past month or so. I have not installed any new hardware. I tried using a bootable windows installation disc and reinstall windows but get BSOD while loading from the DVD.

I have also gotten 0x000000F4 with other numbers in the brackets. While getting the info from SF diag tool, the computer crashed when on "MSINFO 32" and "windows". I am not sure if MSINFO has everything as I tried doing it 3 times and all ended with BSOD.

I can only start my machine in safe mode, starting in normal mode will end up on BSOD before everything has loaded.

Please advice how I can clean this up.

Okay, this is my first time trying to read a BSOD, but here goes nothing. I think the problem is caused by Miniport Driver for Marvell Yukon Ethernet Controller, so try updating the driver using this Vista driver. Download Driver Marvell Yukon for 2000/XP/Vista (free)
The reason I think it was this was because of this from WinDbg.
Again, first time, so you might want to get an expert to look at it just in case.

First I tried updating the Marvell ethernet driver with the Vista one but it wouldn't install saying it is not windows 32 and my current driver is the best currently. Then I tried testing my HD, CPU and RAM and no error. When I tried to update ndasfs.sys it says it is the most current. I then tried to gather the sys into from tool kit and BSOD showed up when doing "MSINFO 32". I also tried to boot into Normal Mode and BSOD again. And I was not able to open up Windows Update. Any other suggestions?

I tried to remove the NDAS thing but program install would not allow me, it also shows the current driver to be newest. I was not able to do windows update under safe mode for some reason. I have since try switching the memory out, same problem. I have tried to boot from a windows installation CD and try re-installing windows on a freshly formatted HD and BSOD came while windows was loading. Does that mean there are problem with my MB? I tried to update my bios but it says windows installer cannot run under safe mode. Any more clue?
