BSOD: STOP: 0x00000124 after restarting computer

View attachment 257623 I have been having a problem with my computer for a long time. Sometimes when I play a game I would have around 15 fps while I normally have 190 fps. Everything else is running just fine. It is only the game that has a low fps. And it's not limited to a certain game either. The way I normally solve this is by restarting my computer. But when I did that yesterday I got a bsod with the error code 0x00000124. I hope someone is able to help me figure out what is wrong.
