BSOD Stop Code 124 Random but Often Occurence

Self diagnosing up to this point but I have exhausted my own knowledge so hoping to find some help here. Gonna dump as much info as I can about the problems.

Stop Code 124

Machine Specs:
Model: Asus G74sx
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64-bit 7601 Multiprocessor Free Service Pack 1
Motherboard: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. G74Sx
CPU: Intel Core i7-2630QM @2.00GHz 2.00GHz
Memory: 8GB
Graphics Card:NVidia GeForce GTX 560M 2GB
Sound Card: NVIDIA High Definition Audio
Storage: (1) ST9500423AS ATA Device (2) ST9500423AS ATA Device

The computer blue screens regularly at seemingly random times. Occurs during anywhere from gaming, to web browsing, to sitting on the user login screen. BSOD has occurred while booted in safe mode, and also once occurred while booted into “Windows Defender Offline” from a flash drive. I fresh installed Windows a few days ago hoping that would solve the problem but I am still getting regular BSOD. Heat does not seem to be a problem as it will sometime BSOD while the computer was only recently turned on and not hot.

Ran memtest86 for over 24 hours and it returned no errors.
Ran Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool and all tests passed.

Hoping you fine people can assist me as I am unsure what to do at this point.

I will try those and post the results.

No. All hardware is stock from the time of computer purchase.

IntelBurnTest passed.
Prime95 all tests passed.
Did not see any artifacts with FurMark

Update:

Just uninstalled NVidia video drivers and used Driver Sweeper to clean up any left over files.
Still got BSOD while running without the NVidia drivers.

Any other suggestions or insight into the dump files would be greatly appreciated.

Can you try to update the BIOS form ASUS?
