purchased transformers fall of cybertron about 2am yesterday morning it downloaded fine,, but when i try and run it the game system crashes into the bsod

i have made sure all the following is upto date:
catalist and graphics updated to 12.8
directX fully updated
.net mainfraim
bios
chipset
audio

it sucks i paid 29.99 for this game and would be gutted if its useless. have looked around all day and i just cant find a solution.

i only got the pc 4 weeks ago, and the only thing it happens with is this one game, i even went as far as a clean reinstall of windows, and this time it went as far as the loading screen and then rebooted itself with the same error, my card was overlocked slightly before the reinstall of windows, and again i have updated everything. going to try uninstalling easytune6 as i think this auto clocks me, see if that helps, also maybe try and set my cores for the game to affinity, other than that im stumped

im running win7 sp1. last night before giving up i tried:
-uninstalling Radeon 6570, and used the onboard auas
-reinstalling the Radeon 6570, gradually, taking it up through versions and testing, eventully getting back to 12.8
-running the game from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Transformers Fall of Cybertron\Binaries\tfoc.exe
-dissable desktop composition
-run as administrator
-firewall off
-antivirus off
-uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times, and used a registry cleaner each time just in case.

this is the only game it happens with, have tried uninstalling/reinstalling several times, also compleatly uninstalling gfx card and then reinstalling up through versions, testing each. even did a clean install of windows as i figured somthing might be corrupted.

heres the games i run on my pc:
Crysis 2 (high)
Skyrim (ultra)
armaII (high)
Dayz (high)
sniper (ultra)
sniper elite v2 (ultra)
dead rising 2 (ultra)
left 4 dead (ultra/ or high cnt remember)
MW3 (ultra)
BF3 (ultra)

Fails
------
Transfomers lol (n/a)

when i run tfoc the bluescreen says:
clock interrupt was not received from secondary processor

hope you have some adivice and can help

Ok well the code is like the error number, and when i ran your minidumps through my debugging console. This is what i got - Stop 0x124 AMD Authentic.
This link(http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lockup-debug-how/35349-stop-0x124-what-means-what-try.html) has all of the necessary instructions to help you troubleshoot this problem.
Nothing is overclocked correct?
While following that link do some of the following.
1. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html (This checks for file corruptions amongst the system. Run it about 3-4 times with reboots in between.
2. If the system is overclocked, reset it to its default settings. This tends to be a commons cause of your error.
3. Also if you can try updating some drivers using this : AMD Driver Autodetect

dont know if it helps at all, but when i furst got the pc i had two monitors set up, when i right click amd in action bar, it shows

1. AMD Radeon HD 6750
2. AMD Radeon HD 6750

no.2 has extended hilighted and the rest grayed out.

i mention this becuase, the other monitor was my parnters, and when i was at work she decided she was going to sell it, and unplugged it from my pc. i never got a chance to deactivate it.

could this cause an issue? also i only have one monitor now, but at the time they were both plugged into the raden ports, one in hdmi and one in vga.

not sure if this would do anything as i compleatly reinstalled windows and drivers, but yet it still shows to amds.

For the double amd cards, that is fine. Here is mine as well.
Don't press extend or any of that though, because it will be kinda confusing to revert back to normal. just leave that at be, it's fine:)
And actually that could be one of the things, it couldn't fix. Don't worry about it, mine can't be completely fixed either.
For example one of the things it couldnt fix on yours was "C:\Windows\System32"\[l:22{11}]"bootres.dll" That is part of your animated bootup, it shouldbt be causing anything like a BSOD so that is fine.
This is likely to be a hardware issue, is the device in any way hot? Try cleaning it out.
The highlighted in the following picture are what you will want to follow most.

For the stress tests
Grpahics - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100356-video-card-stress-test-furmark.html
Do the above test only with the latest drivers, and then Run it until the temperatures stop increasing; should be less then 10 minutes. If you don't see any crazy glitches or distortion on the screen, The test most likely passed
Ram - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
Other hardware, cpu - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100352-hardware-stress-test-prime95.html
This will take awhile, but will rule out most of the main hardware being issues.

quick update, i have been on the gigabyte forums, there was a guy on there with the same problem as me, with the same board and rev no. he also updated to the latest bios wich is FC, however like me it still didnt work.

he e-mailed gigabyte, and they sent him an alpha version. FDa and it solved his problems!
just to clarify, do you think its ok to run this?
from: GA-78LMT-S2P rev.4.0 FC to: GA-78LMT-S2P rev.4.0 FDa?

dont want to brick pc

yeaaaaaaaaaaasssss!! F*ck bat sh*t awsome!!! it worked, i updated to the new FDa bios and it worked!

my pc now running faster and smoother than it did before. thankyou everybody for the help with this issue.

if your also on a quest to solve this issue with a game or with "clock interrupt was not received from secondary processor" , please look to this topic: GA-78LMT-S2P REV 4.0 BIOS UPDATE? and i have the download ready for you here: 78lts2p4.zip

as when you search gigabyte for the GA-78lmt-s2p rev.4.0 it will show the latest update as FC, infact there is an alpha build FDa that is not on the site, downlod and install this via @bios> install from file.

please note, this is for a gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P revision 4.0 motherboard. and as the manufactuers say, use and your own risk.

only use bios update as a last means of fixing, i advise you to use all the wisdom, and tools that the sevenforums comunity had given me first, becuase at the end of the day, yeah the bios update may have helped, but it was probably more down to a combination of all the things i had to do.
