BSOD- unexpected hardware failure

I just recently re-installed win 7 on my computer and had no problems up until about a week ago and now I get BSOD periodically. They usually happedn when I'm watching video, but ,again, sometimes when I'm just doing basic tasks. I have attached the dump files per thread. Next time it happens I will also put up the error codes that I receive. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Basic info:
win 7 32 bit professional, retail version
originally vista machine
about a 4 year old hp machine with a fresh (about 2 weeks old) installation.

Again thanks for any help in advance.

Your .dmp file shows a stop error of 0x124 which is a general hardware error .
A "stop 0x124" is fundamentally different to many other types of bluescreens because it stems from a hardware complaint.

Stop 0x124 minidumps contain very little practical information, and it is therefore necessary to approach the problem as a case of hardware in an unknown state of distress
Some generic advice.

If you are overclocking STOP.
Return to the default settings at least for now.

If you are running a RAID update its driver.
