I started the upgrade and left the computer installing...

When I came back I saw a BSOD (0x0000007b (0x80786b68), 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000).

I restarted and saw 2 options (Windows SETUP and Windows 7).
Computer gone to Windows Setup again and showed BSOD again. So I restarted and got Windows 7 7000 again... (no changes made). I received a message saying that the upgrade couldn't be made and my original version was restored or something else...

I have no idea about the reason of the BSOD. Never had problems with 7000.

always do a fresh... even if the "upgrade" option IS available..... doesnt take THAT long to install from fresh, and you wont run into the problems such as a bsod. Not to say that ppl dont do it, and it "works" ... from time to time.... just as a rule, always do a fresh.... eliminates ALOT of possible issues.... not too mention... this IS a beta.... upgrading to a beta, from a beta... is nonsense IMO

Well... I expected that if I installed 7000 without problems I could install 7048 too.
If it's a hardware problema (and I don't believe that some installed software is doing it) probably a fresh version won't solve the problem and I'll get the same error.

:|

I don't like/want to install all Program Files again... :|

I'll keep 7000 for a while.

Only to register and end the topic, my problem was a Rollback RX conflict. After uninstall the software I installed Windows 7 and it's running ok.
