BSOD Upon Sign in

So more or less every time i sign in to my computer with my Ethernet cord plugged in it will blue screen with the following:
0x0000000a
(0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000001, 0xfffff8000369796f).

if I reboot without the Ethernet cord plugged in its fine and than i plug it back in after everything has loadedbeen happening for two days now.

Also downloaded a program called BlueScreenView which said it is getting caused my ntoskrnl.exe

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!!

Bump
have tried resitting GPU & RAM
Updated Graphics & Intel Chipset Drivers
Uninstalled reinstalled ethernet drive + updated
Problem still presists

This is Norton's network security driver. Uninstall Norton and install Microsoft Security Essentials(MSE).
