BSOD upon sleep

May I please have help diagnosing and fixing my pc.

I have been having blue screens, I believe, when the computer goes to sleep. I noticed it just a few days ago and thought it was related to some updates that were hanging at the pending stage. (I hadn't used the computer very actively for perhaps a month.) I seem to have cleared up that issue but the blue screen is continuing. I push the button to awaken it only to find the blue screen. (I believe this is the only time it happens but am unsure because the computer is left unattended much of the time.)

I have IObit Driver Booster 3 which had me install some driver updates just as I started working with the computer again. I also have a new external hard drive for back-ups but I'm not sure if that was installed before or after the problems began.

I am running Windows 7 Professional x64. I bought it used so I don't very much about the pc but will happily supply any info.

I am assuming the log file will include this, but my error message from the blue screen was:
Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen

Locale ID: 1033
Additional information about the problem:

BCP4: FFFFF88003984470
OS Version: 6_1_7601

C:\Windows\Minidump\041916-29905-01.dmp
C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-108935-0.sysdata.xml
I have attached my log file.

Thank you for any assistance.

I have been able to run a blue screen viewer and this is the recommended action:
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: iusb3xhc.sys (Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver, Intel Corporation)

I have verified that I have the most up-to-date driver.

Would you please advise me if I should roll back the driver or uninstall it? something else?

If you are using a program like Ccleaner please stop using it while troubleshooting.
This because programs like Ccleaner remove dump files that are needed to troubleshoot.
Or configure Ccleaner to not remove dump files:

Remove all IObit programs, especially DB3, IObit software is known for causing lots of problems and using DB3 for driver updating will only make things worse than it already is because most users I've helped that had DB3 installed had corrupted drivers.
It would be recommended to use a system restore point to revert back the changes made by the IObit programs.

Thanks so much for your reply.

I am going to pause on troubleshooting right now because it appears that I may have just fixed the BSOD events. I rolled back the driver and, so far, am able to awaken the pc from sleep with no issues.

I will post again if I have any further troubles.

Thanks again for volunteering to help.
