I have been having someone at the Mbam forum helping me with a malware removal over the weekend. That went smoothly enough but after doing that and updating Windows, my computer now gets the bsod and restarts every time I wake it up. The blue screen goes away instantly so I can't see what it's saying as far as the error code goes but here is what the recovery window says:

Problem signature:

Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 7a
BCP1: 00000020
BCP2: C000009D
BCP3: 86DA6BDC
BCP4: 00000000
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\041513-18985-01.dmp
C:\Users\Home\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-65239-0.sysdata.xml

My zipped results from SF_Diagnostic_Tool.exe are attached. Thanks in advance for your help!

Usual causes: Memory, Paging file corruption, File system, Hard drive, Cabling, Virus infection, Improperly seated cards, BIOS, Bad motherboard, Missing Service Pack

Kernel data was unable to be successfully paged into physical memory address space, since the data was not present. This could be due to a page file corruption, failing hard-drive or bad RAM.

The text in green indicates this NTError code: STATUS_DEVICE_NOT_CONNECTED. You may want to check that all the cables are properly connected to the drives, and all the cards are properly seated.

Remove:

Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Norton

It seems you have two real-time protection programs installed, Norton and Microsoft Security Essentials, having two anti-virus programs can cause serious conflicts and reduce the performance of your system. It's best to completely remove Norton using the official Norton Removal Tool and then keep MSE due to better compatibility and stability with Windows 7.

Reduce the number of programs at startup, to avoid any driver or program conflicts:
Run some hard-drive diagnostics and follow these steps:
Find your hard-drive manufacturer and run their tests.

If you have an SSD, make sure the following are up to date:
  • SSD firmware
  • BIOS Version
  • Chipset Drivers
  • Hard disk controller drivers/SATA drivers
  • If you have a Marvell IDE ATA/ATAPI device, make sure the drivers are up to date from the Intel site or Marvell site and not from your motherboard/vendor support site.

Check for any file system errors and bad sectors using Option #2 of:
Use this command with Disk Check:

Code:
chkdsk C: /f /r
